As a contracted customer your system will be monitored via our health monitoring service and receive one check-up to make sure your system is operating correctly during the year of subscription.
Any system failures as a result of works undertaken by our engineers will be repaired without charge.
Exclusive savings of 10% for any device you wish to purchase to further expand your system.
24hr telephone support in case of emergencies.

Your system will be connected to our service and monitored 24/7 for the contract period which monitors for any faults should they arise on your system.

Texecom Cloud, Ajax Monitoring Suite, Daitem Secure are to name a few of the of the monitoring systems we use to keep check on your systems health and functionality.

A discussion to understand if you're happy with the functions of the system and to answer any queries you may have regarding any of the features
A visual inspection of all equipment to ensure its in good condition
A full walk test to ensure all detectors function as designed
A full siren tests both internal and external
Test of strobes
test shutters and any other linked automation actions
Check dates of fogging equipment
Full test of primary and backup batteries
System firmware updates if required
System voltages and tamper circuits checked for correct continuity and resistance
Voltage checks on incoming supplies
Any minor configuration changes to the system i.e. part arm rules or linkage adjustments
