To request an engineer, simply call our head office and speak with one of our service team members. If you require assistance outside of business hours, your call will automatically be diverted to the engineer on-call. This service is available for both our installations and those of other providers. However, for gates that we haven't previously worked on, a Gate MOT will be required.
